Mental Health Therapist – Licensed & Pre-Licensed Clinicians

Soar Therapy & Integrated Wellness is seeking licensed mental health professionals and Residents In Counseling who are passionate about working with diverse clients, are trauma-informed, and believe in integrative care. What We Offer Clinicians

At Soar Therapy & Integrated Wellness, therapists have the opportunity to:

• Blend traditional therapy with holistic and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brain spotting, Facilitate therapy groups, create workshops, and participate in community events to expand access to care and make a meaningful impact on the community.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with wellness practitioners to provide comprehensive, integrative care.

Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring LPCs, LCSWs, LGPCs, LMSWs, and Residents in Counseling who:

• Have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Are trained in CBT, DBT, or other trauma-focused interventions (or willing to receive training)
•  Passionate about holistic and integrative mental health care
• Creative, engaged, and eager to expand their impact through therapy groups, workshops, and other community-based initiatives
• Work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Reliable and Dependable

Schedule Compensation and Benefits

• Hybrid Schedule: 3 in-office days are required, with flexible hours between 10 AM – 7 PM (must be able to work two to three late afternoons) or Saturdays from 10-4 pm.
• Capacity for at least PT/20 clients and F/T 28 client billable hours.
• Reliable internet connection and professional space for online sessions.
• Competitive pay: Fully Licensed Therapists: Pay Range $50-60, and Masters Level Therapists: Pay Range: $40-45

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• License in good standing in the State of Virginia or DC
• LPC, LMSW, or LCSW Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• LMSW and LGPC, Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Training in CBT and DBT
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and holistic practices (EMDR, Somatic Therapy, IFS, TF-CBT, etc.) or willingness to be trained.
• Strong clinical skills with a client-focused approach.
• Intuitive, compassionate, and self-motivated.
• Dependable and Reliable
• Strong relational, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• A holistic approach to mental health and wellness.
• Culturally competent and open to working with a diverse population
• Participate in marketing and networking initiatives to promote the clinic’s services

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client intake assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapies to support patient progress.
• Submit documentation within 48 hours after each session.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain agreed-upon caseload
• Participate in weekly supervision and Didactic training
• Stay updated on clinical research and best practices in mental health counseling.
