Empowering Your Journey to Wellness

At Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness, we believe that meaningful change begins with understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.

We provide compassionate, culturally responsive therapy and integrated wellness services to individuals and couples in Springfield, Virginia, and throughout Northern Virginia who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and engage in deeper, lasting healing.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that many of the challenges people experience, whether anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship difficulties, are often connected to earlier life experiences, attachment patterns, and the way the nervous system has learned to respond over time.

Our Approach

We integrate evidence-based therapy with body-centered and wellness practices to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This includes therapy for anxiety, trauma-informed care, and relationship-focused work that helps you better understand unhelpful behavior patterns.

We are not only focused on helping you manage symptoms, but also on understanding the underlying causes while supporting your nervous system in learning new ways to regulate, respond, and heal.

Our work is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and rooted in creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

Who We Serve

We work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are ready to understand what's underneath the patterns that keep getting in the way. For some, that looks like a child whose anxiety is beginning to affect school, friendships, or confidence. For others, it's a teen struggling with emotions, relationships, or feeling understood. Adults may be successful and capable in many areas of their lives while privately struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, trauma, boundaries, or relationship patterns they can't seem to change. Couples may find themselves having the same conflicts again and again, even when both partners want something different.

Although the concerns may look different across different stages of life, our work often comes back to a similar question: What is driving this pattern, and what will help create lasting change? Our therapists look beyond symptoms. We consider the experiences, relationships, family dynamics, culture, attachment patterns, and nervous-system responses that may be influencing what is happening today.

We are a good fit for clients and families who want to actively participate in therapy, not simply cope from week to week, but develop insight, practice new ways of responding, and work toward meaningful change. Our care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized to the person or family in front of us.

We commonly support:

  • Individuals from diverse and BIPOC communities seeking culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
  • High-functioning adults navigating the lasting impact of childhood trauma
  • Individuals working through attachment wounds that affect trust, connection, and relationships
  • Couples navigating relational distress shaped by unresolved personal histories
  • Clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty regulating emotions
  • Individuals navigating ADHD, including challenges with focus, emotional regulation, and managing daily demands
  • Teens (13+) who are experiencing anxiety, emotional challenges, or life transitions
