At Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness, we believe that quality care should be clear, accessible, and aligned with your needs. Below is an overview of our rates and how insurance may be used.
Private Pay Rates
- Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $225
- Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes): $185
Using HSA & FSA
Many clients choose to use their HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to pay for therapy services.
These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars toward your care and are especially helpful for those with high-deductible plans.
Insurance
We are in-network with several insurance providers. Depending on your plan, services may be covered in full or in part.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:
- Does my plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? Has it been met?
- Is there a limit on sessions per year?
- Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
Many clients are surprised to learn that out-of-network options can offer:
- More flexibility in choosing the right provider
- Access to specialized and integrative care
- Competitive reimbursement depending on your plan
How It Works:
- You pay for sessions at the time of service
- We provide a superbill (a detailed receipt)
- You submit the superbill to your insurance company
- Your insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost directly to you
We Recommend Asking:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- What percentage is reimbursed?
- Is there a separate deductible for out-of-network care?
We are happy to support you in understanding this process.
Billing
Insurance (when applicable) is billed at the time of service.
Clients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance at the time of their appointment.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee.
Group Therapy Policy
We keep our groups intentionally small to provide meaningful care.
Group sessions are reserved in advance, and fees are charged regardless of attendance. Clients are encouraged to notify group leaders of any absences.
