About Jordan Mosley, MA, LPC-R

Do you put a lot of pressure on yourself?

Maybe you’re the one everyone depends on. You try to keep the peace, do the right thing, and be there for everyone else. But inside, you’re tired. You replay conversations, second-guess your decisions, or wonder why you can’t seem to let certain things go.

Maybe you’re trying to move forward after a painful breakup, family conflict, or something that happened years ago but still affects you today. You tell yourself you should be over it by now, but the hurt keeps showing up in your relationships, your confidence, or the way you see yourself.

For kids and teens, that pressure can look different. It might be stress from school, sports, friendships, or family changes. It can feel like you have to fit in, keep everyone happy, or never make a mistake. Sometimes those feelings come out as anxiety, anger, shutting down, or feeling like no one really understands what you’re going through.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Things can get better.

I’m Jordan Mosley, MA, LPC-R, and I help children (12+), teens, and adults work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life’s difficult seasons. Together, we’ll understand what’s keeping you stuck, build practical skills that fit your life, and help you move forward with more confidence and peace.

What to Expect

Therapy shouldn’t feel like another place where you’re expected to have all the answers.

As a former collegiate basketball player, I know what it feels like to perform under pressure. People often notice how you’re doing on the outside, but they don’t always see the stress, self-doubt, or fear of letting people down that’s happening underneath.

That experience helps me connect not only with athletes, but with students, parents, professionals, and anyone who feels like they’re carrying more pressure than people realize.

Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s really driving your stress or anxiety, and build practical tools that help you feel calmer, stronger, and more confident in your everyday life.

How I Can Help

Together, we’ll work toward:

  • Feeling less overwhelmed by anxiety and everyday stress.
  • Healing from painful experiences that still affect your life today.
  • Building healthier relationships and stronger communication.
  • Moving forward after difficult life changes, conflict, or loss.
  • Learning healthier ways to manage emotions and cope with stress.
  • Building confidence without feeling like you have to prove yourself.
  • Feeling more hopeful, balanced, and connected to the life you want.

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about helping you feel more like yourself again.

Why I Became a Therapist

I’ve always been drawn to helping people through life’s most difficult moments.

As both a therapist and a former athlete, I’ve seen how easy it is to focus on what people accomplish while missing what they’re carrying inside. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel heard, supported, and accepted without having to prove anything.

It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and build a life that feels more hopeful and fulfilling.
