Why I Became a Therapist


I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, their stories, emotions, and resilience. My passion for helping others find balance and purpose led me to a career in counseling. As a former Division I collegiate basketball player, I know what it means to perform under pressure and the importance of maintaining mental and emotional balance. That experience inspires me to help clients manage stress, rebuild confidence, and move toward a more centered, fulfilled life.
