Using a wide range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care, I provide clients with coping strategies that will help you overcome life challenges and alleviate your negative self-talk.
