About Ryanah Germany, MS, LPC
Everyone tells you how strong you are.
What they don’t see is how hard you’re working just to keep it together.
You show up for work. You take care of everyone else. You get things done. But inside, you’re anxious, exhausted, and wondering how much longer you can keep going.
Maybe you learned early that being strong was the only option. You became the responsible one, the helper, or the high achiever. Somewhere along the way, it started to feel safer to look like you had it all together than to let anyone see how much you were hurting.
You want to feel close to people, but it’s hard to believe they’ll stay once they really know you. You overthink conversations, look for reassurance, or find yourself stuck in patterns that leave you feeling hurt and disappointed. Maybe your mind gets caught on unwanted thoughts that won’t let go, no matter how hard you try.
You don’t have to keep living in survival mode.
I’m Ryanah Germany, and I help teens and adults understand these patterns, heal from painful experiences, and build practical tools so they can feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to themselves and the people they love.
Helping You Feel Safe Again
Healing isn’t about pretending the past didn’t happen.
Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the patterns that keep showing up. We’ll look at how your past experiences may still be affecting your relationships, emotions, and sense of safety today. Then we’ll build practical tools you can use in everyday life.
The goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you feel safe enough to be yourself.
How I Can Help
Together, we’ll work toward:
- Feeling calmer without always being on alert.
- Managing anxiety and intrusive thoughts with more confidence.
- Healing from painful experiences that still affect your daily life.
- Understanding attachment patterns that affect your relationships.
- Learning strategies that support ADHD and emotional regulation.
- Building healthier relationships without losing yourself.
- Trusting yourself again.
My goal is to help you stop living in survival mode and start feeling more confident, connected, and at peace.

Why I Became a Therapist
My own experiences, along with seeing how many people struggle in silence, inspired me to become a therapist. I believe asking for help is a sign of strength. Everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, understood, and accepted. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they heal, discover their strengths, and build lasting change.
