Compensation & Benefits

Clinical compensation: $42–$60 per completed session, based on licensure, experience, role, and qualifications.

Caseload & Schedule Expectations

We believe in being clear about expectations from the beginning. Our clinicians work hybrid schedules, with a strong need for consistent in-person availability at our Springfield, Virginia wellness center.
Full-Time Clinicians
27 completed client sessions per week
Maintain approximately 32 scheduled appointment slots per week
Three consistent in-person days per week at our Springfield location
In-person schedule of 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Part-Time Clinicians
20 completed client sessions per week
Maintain approximately 25 scheduled appointment slots per week
At least two consistent in-person days per week at our Springfield location
Schedule must include afternoon/evening availability to meet client demand
