About Siron Hardy, MA, LPC-R
Maybe your mind won’t slow down. You’re worrying more, questioning yourself, replaying conversations, or finding it harder to manage emotions when things don’t go as planned.
Maybe you’ve stopped feeling like yourself. You’re pulling away from people, losing motivation, feeling numb, or struggling with thoughts and feelings you don’t know how to talk about.
Or maybe you’re a parent who knows something has changed with your teen. They may be more withdrawn, irritable, overwhelmed, or struggling at school. You may be concerned about self-harm, depression, or things they have said about not wanting to be here, and you’re not sure how to help.
Hi, I’m Siron Hardy.
I work with adolescents 13+ and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Together, we’ll work to understand what is underneath the anxiety, sadness, anger, shutting down, or feeling stuck. I help clients recognize triggers, manage difficult emotions, develop safer coping strategies, process painful experiences, and build skills they can use when life feels overwhelming.
My goal is for you to understand yourself better, feel more confident handling difficult moments, and begin responding to yourself and the people around you differently.

What You Can Expect
You don’t have to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say. We can start with what is happening now and work together to understand what may be contributing to it.
With teens, I help clients put words to what they are experiencing, understand their emotions, identify triggers, and develop safer ways to cope. I also work with parents to help them better understand and support their teen. With adults, our work may focus on reducing anxiety and overthinking, working through depression or trauma, understanding relationship patterns, or finding a way to ground in a difficult transition.
As a former Division I athlete, I also specialize in supporting current and former athletes. I understand how performance, injury, expectations, and changes in athletic identity can affect confidence and mental health. Therapy can help you manage pressure, rebuild confidence, and develop a sense of who you are beyond your performance.
